Easy, Nutritious Soup
Two easy options for semi-homemade, nutritious, fresh soup that can be prepared in minutes without having any fancy cooking skills.
Boil water and stir a beaten egg into the pot of boiling water. Pour boiling water and egg into mug.
Stir thoroughly. Cover and let sit for five or ten minutes so the rice cooks.
Optional: Serve with hearty crackers, like Red Oval Farms Stoned Wheat Thins.

Egg-Drop Cup-a-Soup

If you have high cholesterol, you can make egg-drop soup with just the egg whites instead of a whole egg.
