No Yeast and Low Yeast Options
If you are trying to avoid or limit yeast in your diet, not all breads are yeast leavened.
Some flat breads have no leavening, though you need to read the label. Some pita breads and other flat breads are yeast leavened.
Biscuits and English muffins are not yeast leavened. Taco shells are a form of flat bread, both hard and soft taco shells, whether corn or wheat based.
You can make flat bread at home if you need to have a high degree of control over the exact ingredients. It's not hard. It's basically a combination of flour, some kind of fat, salt and water to make the dough and then it gets pan fried.
Limiting yeast is sometimes not about what you eat but about how much. For example, having one slice of toast at breakfast instead of two may help if yeast is currently an issue.
Similarly, a thin crust pizza will be less yeasty than a standard crust or deep dish. So trying to limit yeast doesn't necessarily mean you can't have some of your favorite foods. You just need to choose wisely and make sure you don't overdo it.
Cheese tends to promote yeast but hard cheeses, like parmesan, will be less problematic than most other cheeses.
