Kitchen Utensils and Equipment

I read this discussion and thought I would jot down a few things. People did list apple corer and slicer and also kitchen shears. I highly recommend both.

Other things I don't recall seeing that i have been very fond of:

1. Marble pastry board.

2. Bamboo spoon instead of a wooden spoon.

3. Pizza stone.

4. A gravy boat if you make a lot of gravy.

5. Square bottom measuring spoons.

6. Two glass measuring cups: A one cup size and a four cup size.

7. A small spaetzle maker as explained elsewhere on this site.
